Please join WEN for an exciting and practical discussion to help women take control of their financial future - sustainably!
Speakers Cathy Curtis of Curtis Financial Planning and Andrea Hamilton of Waddell & Reed will discuss socially-responsible mutual funds, identify socially-responsible investment companies, and explain how to produce a financial plan that reflects one's socially-responsible values.
The event will be held at Community Bank of the Bay - a locally owned and operated bank dedicated to community and green initiatives with its Oakland 1st Fund and Bay Area Green Fund. Community Bank of the Bay was the first Oakland bank certified green and focuses on the needs of small and mid-sized local businesses and non-profits.
Cathy Curtis is a certified financial planner and owner of Curtis Financial Planning in Oakland - an independent, fee-only financial planning firm dedicated to helping women and their families build a sustainable financial future.
Andrea Hamilton is a financial advisor at Waddell and Reed. Ms. Hamilton emphasizes socially-responsible financial planning for individuals and small business owners, particularly professional women who are, or would like to be, financially savvy and independent.
